1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference
  • Please ensure all details provided are accurate at the time of booking
  • Bookings can be made online or via WhatsApp/phone

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the tour start time
  • Late cancellation: Less than 24 hours — no refund
  • No-show: No refund will be provided
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are per person unless specified as group pricing
  • Children (5-12 years) may receive discounted rates
  • Infants (under 5) are generally free
  • Prices may change without prior notice for future bookings

5. Payment

  • Online payments are processed securely via encrypted connections
  • Cash payment on arrival is available for select tours
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash (QAR)

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the meeting point on time
  • Follow safety instructions from guides
  • Carry valid identification
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
  • Dress appropriately for the activity

7. Liability

Doha Tourismo acts as a tour operator and takes reasonable precautions for your safety. However, participation in activities is at your own risk. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Doha, Qatar.
